One of our most internationally awarded extra virgin olive oils, not without reason. Its olives are coming from a single olive grove, with Domat, Trilye and Uslu olives, all regionally recognized.
Hand-picked and cold-pressed gently within 4 hours of harvest ensures we preserve both the delicious taste and health benefits of this premium olive oil.
Tasting Notes: With 0.4% acidity, expect to get black pepper, green banana, fennel, olive leaf and tomato leaf on your palate. Goes well with fresh bakery, salads, baked potatoes, roasted veggies.
Harvest time: Our 2023-24 Early Harvest started in mid-October following the First Crop.

Antioxidants At the time of harvest, our olive oil has a polyphenol level of 450 mg/l (most oils test at 80-150 mg/kg)
A high polyphenol level means our olive oil is loaded with disease-fighting antioxidants; to boost your wellbeing with every bite.
Smoke Point With a smoke point of 210 C, olive oil is good enough for browning, frying and sauteeing.
Free Fatty Acids Our Early Harvest was tested at 0.2% (the standard for extra virgin olive oil is less than 0.8%).
